CSN verifies participant identity, documents consent, and issues cryptographically signed certificates for every production session. Seven gates. One standard. Zero ambiguity.
Government ID verification and biometric liveness check for every participant through certified identity providers.
Cryptographic gesture signing ceremony proves voluntary consent with tamper-evident records and independent timestamps.
Every completed session produces a signed certificate with SHA3-256 integrity hashing and Ed25519 digital signatures.
Seven-year record retention. Custodian-accessible compliance vault. Built for regulatory inspection from day one.
Operator examines government-issued identification for both participants.
Automated document verification and selfie liveness check through a certified identity provider.
Both participants read and digitally accept the session terms.
Each participant independently confirms their compensation was arranged without coercion.
The agreed compensation split is locked and recorded. No post-session changes.
Operator confirms compensation was arranged through documented channels.
Each participant performs a cryptographically committed gesture sequence on camera — the binding consent act.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the consent verification services ("Services") provided by Consense Technologies L.L.C. ("Consense," "we," "us," or "our"), including the CSN compliance verification platform, associated applications, and related services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
CSN is a consent verification platform for regulated production environments. Our Services include participant identity verification through third-party identity verification providers, a multi-gate compliance workflow that documents consent for each production session, issuance of cryptographically signed certificates that verify identity, consent, and session completion, secure storage of compliance records with regulatory-grade retention, and an operator dashboard for session monitoring and audit trail review.
CSN is a compliance infrastructure provider. We do not produce, direct, distribute, or host content of any kind. We verify participant identity and document consent.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Studio operators and compliance officers access the Services through operator accounts authenticated via API credentials. Production participants interact with the Services through our verification kiosk during production sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Services include identity verification performed by third-party identity verification providers ("Verification Providers"). When you participate in a verification session, you will be asked to provide a government-issued identification document and a selfie photograph for liveness verification.
By participating in the verification process, you consent to the collection and processing of your identity information by our Verification Providers for the purpose of confirming your identity.
Consense operates under a founding principle: we will never sell, license, or distribute biometric identifiers, including but not limited to facial geometry, voice prints, iris scans, or any data from which a person's likeness can be reconstructed.
Identity verification is performed by our third-party Verification Providers. We retain verification results (pass or fail status, verification reference identifiers, and timestamps) as part of the compliance record. Raw identity documents and biometric data used during the verification process are handled by the Verification Provider according to their own data retention policies.
Compliance records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of the production session in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each production session requires all participants to complete our multi-gate verification workflow, including identity verification, agreement acceptance, compensation attestation, and a cryptographic signing ceremony involving a sequence of hand gestures performed on camera.
By completing the verification workflow, you affirm that your participation is voluntary, that you understand the terms of the production session, that your compensation was arranged independently, and that you consent to the creation of a compliance record documenting your participation.
Upon successful completion of the verification workflow, the system issues a cryptographically signed certificate. Certificates are compliance documents retained for the regulatory retention period and may be made available to designated custodians and regulatory authorities upon lawful request.
You may not use our Services to facilitate any illegal activity, submit false identity information, attempt to circumvent the verification workflow, access other users' records without authorization, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by Consense Technologies L.L.C. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as described herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Colorado.

Consense Technologies L.L.C. — Effective April 2026
Consense Technologies L.L.C. ("Consense," "we," "us," or "our") operates the CSN consent verification platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our Services.
Our third-party identity Verification Provider collects your government-issued identification document, a selfie photograph for liveness verification, and your name and date of birth as extracted from the identification document. We do not directly collect, store, or process your raw identity documents or selfie photographs. We receive and retain only the verification result: a reference identifier, the outcome (verified or not verified), and the timestamp.
We collect consent attestations, compensation attestation records, agreement acceptance records, a gesture signing ceremony video recording, and operator attestations.
We automatically collect session identifiers and timestamps, facility and operator identifiers, gate progression records, certificate data, and audit trail events.
We do not collect, store, sell, license, or distribute biometric identifiers including facial geometry, voice prints, iris scans, or any data from which a person's likeness can be reconstructed. We do not collect financial information, social media profiles, or browsing history.
We use information to verify participant identity, document consent and create compliance records, issue cryptographically signed certificates, maintain audit trails, make records available to designated custodians upon authorized request, and respond to lawful regulatory requests.
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing profiling, or behavioral tracking.
We share necessary information with our third-party identity Verification Provider to perform identity checks. The Verification Provider processes your data under their own privacy policy.
Compliance records may be shared with designated custodians (typically law firms) authorized to maintain and produce records upon regulatory request.
We may disclose records in response to lawful requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or court orders.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not provide personal information to data brokers.
Compliance records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the production session date. After expiry, records are securely deleted. Cryptographic artifacts (signed certificates, hashes, timestamps) that prove verification occurred may be retained beyond the retention period as they do not contain personal identity information.
We implement encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging of all record access, and cryptographic integrity verification using SHA3-256 hashing and Ed25519 digital signatures.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information (subject to mandatory retention periods). Contact us using the information below to exercise these rights.
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders.
